The following conditions apply to value vouchers and coupons/vouchers (as part of discount and special promotions) of the Lüttelforster Mühle.

Voucher

Usability

  • Each value voucher can only be redeemed once.
  • A cash payment or a retroactive credit against already made purchases of value vouchers is not possible.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed at the Lüttelforster Mühle, Lüttelforst 303, 41366 Schwalmtal.
  • The resale of vouchers is not permitted.

Validity

Vouchers are only redeemable for a limited time. Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Purchase vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased at the Lüttelforster Mühle, Lüttelforst 303, 41366 Schwalmtal.

Use value vouchers

Once you have a value voucher, you can use it to pay. If the balance is less than the invoice amount, you must make up the difference by card or cash payment. If your credit exceeds the invoice value, the remaining credit is of course available for your next visit.

Coupon/voucher (within the framework of discount and special promotions)

Usability

  • Each coupon/voucher within the scope of a discount and special promotion can only be used and redeemed once.
  • Only one coupon/voucher can be redeemed per customer per visit.
  • Combination with other coupons/vouchers is not possible.
  • A cash payment or a retroactive credit against orders already placed is not possible.
  • Coupons/vouchers can only be redeemed at the Lüttelforster Mühle, Lüttelforst 303, 41366 Schwalmtal.
  • The resale of coupons/vouchers is not permitted.
  • Coupons/vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.

Validity

Coupons/vouchers within the scope of a discount and special promotion expire after the stated validity date or communicated promotion period, but at the latest after 12 months.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value when redeeming the coupons/vouchers as part of a discount and special promotion is the amount shown on the coupon/voucher. If no amount is shown, there is no minimum order value.
